How The Alliance Works
Here's an outline of how we will work together to turn your cold leads into closed deals and earned commissions.
Apply To Join Us
We'll begin by asking you to complete a brief questionnaire introducing yourself to us and telling us about your business brokerage, the kind of businesses you prefer to represent, and the kind of clients you work with. This will be followed by a Zoom meeting where we'll talk through the partnership and decide if we're a good fit for one another.
Sign a Referral Agreement
When we both agree that it's a great match, you'll be welcomed into the alliance and sign a referral agreement that outlines mutual responsibilities and commission terms.
Refer Your Buyers To Us
When you have a client whom you're not able to match with an existing business, you'll confirm that they're open to exploring new franchise startup opportunities, request their permission to make an introduction, and then submit them to us via a secure and confidential referral introduction form. We'll then connect with them and begin our process of helping them find the right opportunity and be positioned as a high-priority candidate.
Follow The Progress
We meet with our candidates weekly and guide them through every step of the due diligence process, including assisting them with funding and legal representation. You'll be updated every step of the way so you know where your clients are in the process, and how close they're getting to award day and closing.
Get Paid
Once your candidate is awarded their franchise, has signed their franchise agreement, and paid their franchise fee, we'll let you know and celebrate together. You'll then send us an invoice for your share of the commission which will be direct deposited into your account within 72 business hours of us receiving the commission from the franchise.
