What You'll Do as a Franchise Development Agent

As an Independent Franchise Development Agent with Quantum Franchise Group you will be in the business of helping others make the dream of business ownership a reality.

You'll do so by connecting with aspiring business owners who have an interest in business ownership but don't know where to begin and how to navigate the process of being awarded a franchise.

Your work with your clients will begin with discovery and pre-qualification, and conclude when your candidate is awarded their franchise. You'll be their expert, coach, advocate, and biggest fan as they navigate the process.

Lead Generation

You'll bring your best lead generation strategies to the role to find the ideal candidates for franchise ownership. You'll be fully supported by coaching and collaborative lead generation initiatives.

Pre-qualification

You'll conduct discovery calls with candidates to learn their "why," identify the specific industries and types of businesses that would fit them best, and ensure they meet minimum financial qualifications.

Research

You'll perform research within our inventory of 800+ franchises across 37 industries to identify brands that are the best fit for your candidates, their preferences, and their financial goals.

Brand Presentation

You'll conduct brand presentation meetings with your candidates to present the franchise options best suited for them and identify one or more brands to introduce them to as high-priority candidates.

You'll coach your candidates through several steps with the franchisors from introduction to award day through weekly strategy calls and providing them with resources and strategic connections with funding and legal experts.

How Much Can You Earn?

Your earning potential as a Franchise Development Agent is truly unlimited.

This is a lucrative, commission based opportunity with no income caps or limits, and with all of the resources and support you need to reach your financial goals. Your income will be directly influenced by the determination, creativity, energy, and discipline you bring to the role.

As a Franchise Development Agent with Quantum Franchise Group you'll begin your new career with a mandatory five-week comprehensive training program at the Franchise Training Institute encompassing about 200 hours of recorded, live, and in-person instruction.

You'll watch recorded training modules. You'll participate in live Zoom training sessions. And you'll conclude training with one week live classroom training at the FTI/FBA headquarters in Orlando where you'll receive Franchise Sales Compliance Certification.

After training you'll enjoy ongoing training and support through multiple coaching sessions and masterminds each week.

Multiple times each year you'll be invited to join us as we travel to cities around the country to meet with and learn all about the franchises we represent.

Almost all of these trips are paid for in full by the franchise that's hosting us, covering airfare, lodging, meals, and entertainment.

Step 2: Assessment

Take our 15-minute entrepreneurial assessment to help us both determine if we're a great fit for one another.

Step 3: Introduction Meeting

Schedule a 30-minute Zoom meeting to introduce yourself, learn more about us, and prepare for next steps.

Step 4: FTI Intro Call

After your intro meeting with us you'll have another call with our onboarding specialist at the Franchise Training Institute to learn more about training, technology, and membership.

Step 4: Validation Calls

You'll be invited to speak with other franchise brokers in our association to ask questions and hear their perspective on the role, earnings, training, and our association.

Step 6: Onboarding

When you've completed your due diligence and decide to join us you'll sign your agreement, submit your training fee, and prepare for training and onboarding.
