Hi. I'm Rich.
While I wear the badge of a serial entrepreneur proudly, my most cherished roles are those of a husband and a father to three remarkable little girls. My days are a blend of building my businesses and guiding others as they embark on their entrepreneurial journeys, while my nights and weekends I can be found supporting my daughters at volleyball and gymnastics practices and competitions.
With a diverse professional background rooted in sales and a healthy small business startup portfolio covering e-commerce, family entertainment, fitness, and business coaching, I've had the privilege of experiencing the full range of entrepreneurial endeavors. Time and time again, I’ve seen a need in the market, put together a game plan and launched a business.
Along this journey, I've celebrated numerous successes and learned invaluable lessons from the occasional stumble. Notably, I've overseen the launch and growth of our decade-old e-commerce enterprise into a multi-million-dollar entity. I’ve also started, grown and sold several businesses in the event industry. Both our photo booth and bubble soccer event rental businesses were sold to former employees that we trained and who fell in love with the business to the point of taking over ownership.
Prior to entrepreneurship, I spent over a decade in B2B sales. While rewarding, I wanted more. I had a strong desire to build my own entrepreneurial empire from the ground up. This past decade has been a whirlwind of triumphs and challenges, each contributing to my growth as a business owner. Additionally, for the past five years, I've had the privilege of serving as a business coach, aiding aspiring entrepreneurs in launching and scaling their e-commerce ventures.
In my role as a Franchise Development Agent at Quantum Franchise Group, I bring a wealth of entrepreneurial insight and hands-on experience to the table.
